We All Make The Game campaign

From players to groundsmen, football managers to commercial managers. We all make the game.

This campaign is driven by the message of inclusion for all irrespective of labels like race, gender, and job title. Here we celebrate those involved in the game. There would be no game without everyone playing their part. By placing this campaign at the heart of what we do at Young Pro we aim to inspire the younger generation and educate them on the career paths that exist in football.

We All Make The Game - A Young Pro Documentary

Following the successful internships of TJ and Gabriel we hosted a screening of our documentary We All Make The Game with the support of Soho House. We were delighted to debut our documentary at their White City House venue.

Star-studded guests were in attendance including former Football Manager Harry Redknapp and QPR FC Director of Coaching Chris Ramsey MBE.

Both Harry and Chris joined us on a panel to discuss the work we are doing and the importance of solving football’s biggest issue – safeguarding the futures of young players who do not make it as a professional footballer.
